When put on trial and asked to give a statement about why they did what they did, the Witch responded:
“I do these things to discover a deeper part of myself and connect to a consciousness of the world I exist in. In this world things die, become objectified and made fetish. Things transform and stories erupt from experience.
I make these things, perform these rituals, and discover these stories so that I can reach a closer understanding of what it means to be a human in this world and in this body. This is my magic and art.”
